Terms & Conditions


  1. Balance is due in full no later than 6 weeks prior to your wedding (there will be a charge for late payments of £15.00)
  2. No children under 3 years of age are permitted to travel in the split screen by law due to no seat belts
  3. Booking form will be sent and must be filled in as contract of agreement
  4. Time for church weddings is limited to 90 minutes (included in the price) any additional time required must be pre informed and paid for in advance ( £60.00 per hour)
  5. Only pre booked and paid for pick ups and drops can be conducted on the day of your wedding
  6. Payments can be made by either online banking or cash. Cash payments will be issued with a receipt. We do not issue invoices via post as confirmation of booking is done via email
  7. We provide approximately 15 minutes at the venue for photographs we ask that these are taken on arrival this is in most cases sufficient. If you require additional time please enquire on booking as costs will occur ( £60.00 per hour )
  8. In the event of a vehicle not being able to attend your wedding due to a maintenance problem every effort will be made to replace the vehicle. If the vehicle cannot be placed and repaired a full refund will be given. This does not cover incidents which are out of our control ie delay due to traffic or an incident unrelated to our vehicle. No further payments or compensation will be provided so it may be advisable to take out wedding insurance to cover these events
  9. The booking form must be signed and returned within 7 days

Cancellation & Refunds

  1. If the vehicle hire is cancelled within 42 days of the event date no refund will be issued (including the deposit).
